Minced Pork with Salted Mustard

Ingredients:
400gm of minced pork belly
5-6 stalks of salted mustard
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 shallots, chopped
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
½ cup of water
1 medium-sized chilli, sliced thinly
Method:-
1) Heat wok and pour in the cooking oil.
2) Saute garlic and shallot until fragrant and lightly browned.
3) Add in the minced pork belly and mix well.
4) Add in salted vegetables
5) Add in chillies, pour in water and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
5) Remove from wok and serve.
Best eaten with hot piping steamed rice!
